If you are a new customer, or are unfamiliar with our ordering process, please take a moment to look over our simple ordering instructions below. If you have any additional questions regarding placing an order please call our customer service department at 786-228-8510.
First, determine whether you have your design completed and print ready or if you are in need of assistance completing your design. If you would like us to design your product you must submit your information through our Design form.
If you are submitting your print ready artwork, please make sure you visit File Prep and Print 101 to ensure your files are set up properly.
If the size you want printed is not listed as a product, you will have to pick the smallest product that your job fits into. For example, if you would like to print a 4 x 7 you will need to pick the 5 x 7 product. Please make sure that you pick the correct size as an error will delay your job. Give our Customer Service department a call if you have any questions.
STEP 1: PICK YOUR PRODUCT
The first step in our ordering process is to select the product you are interested in from the navigation dropdown menu on the left side of our website. Select the product you desire. If you do not see a specific product that you are interested in, please click on the Custom Quote form here.
STEP 2: PICK YOUR SIZE
Pick the specific size which you want to order.
STEP 3: PICK YOUR QUANTITY
Pick the quantity you want to order from the Quantity dropdown menu.
If you do not see a specific quantity that you are interested in please click on the Custom Quote form here. We offer bulk/run pricing for large orders so call us if you don't see the quantity you want listed.
STEP 4: PICK YOUR COATING AND BINDERY OPTIONS
Pick the coating you want on your order. Remember, UV Coating is ultra glossy (laminated look) and nonUV results in a flat finish.
If your order requires bindery or a color proof, please note that an extra 72 hours will be required to produce your order.
STEP 5: LOGIN OR SETUP AN ACCOUNT
If you have not ordered with us before, please click on the left to set up an account. Don't worry! Your order is still saved (unless you travel away from our webpage). Once you have set up the account, you may click "Checkout" on the right hand side.
STEP 6: CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING OPTION
Please double check your shipping address to make sure that it is correct. If you would like to ship to another location, or have special shipping instructions, please put them in the additional comments form below.
STEP 7: ENTER PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer a variety of payment options including Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. If you have any special instructions regarding your order you may put them below under additional comments.
STEP 8: CONFIRM ORDER
This is the last step before uploading your files! Please triple check your order for accuracy. We can not be responsible for shipping instructions that are incorrect. Please confirm your order product and quantity. Also, please read the terms of service, and agree to them before placing your order.
STEP 9: UPLOAD FILES
Once you have confirmed the details of your order, please be sure to have your files ready for upload.
Step 10: CONFIRM UPLOAD
Browse your desktop for your files! Please know that depending on your connection, it will possibly take quite a long time for your files to be uploaded to our server. Please be patient and do not travel away from the webpage! Once it is completed, you will receive a confirmation!
YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE
It's as simple as that! 10 Easy steps and you are on your way to the fastest online printing in the country. Your job will be processed and you will receive confirmation of processing, designing, shipping (with tracking numbers directly in your email. You may also log in to your account on our webpage to receive your tracking numbers or job information.
